Objective:
Build a web responsive application for OEM Managers and facilitators to evalute a dealerships processes in the service lane and create an action plan to get them up to OEM standards.
Research
research was based upon what was being used to evaluate dealerships. They were using excel spreasheets. It was not intuitive and not mobile friendly at the time and did not create auomated action plans.
Design
At the beginning of the design process we created workflows and wireframes for visual purposes. We had a list of screens to cover all scenarios and then we started to detail them into high fidelity screens.
