Repair Order Management is web application that was custom built by an Automotive Software Company which provides a complete suite of products (PAAS) for OEM  Automotive Dealerships. 

The goal: to provide an cloud based system that allows Technicians to locate and view repair instructions; record and post video clips of customers’ vehicles, inspect vehicles, highlighting work required and request parts.
